1Introduction & Definitions

2Account Registration & Eligibility

3Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled — all bets are final.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits are set by bat399.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bat399 reserves the right to apply the correct odds.
• If a team or player changes after a bet is placed but before the match begins, bat399 reserves the right to void the bet.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet will automatically be recorded at the last confirmed state.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute over a result, bat399's decision shall be final.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bat399 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. The following rules apply to all financial transactions.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum daily deposit limit: ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method (to prevent money laundering).
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Where a deposit is required to be refunded for any reason, it will be returned via the original payment method.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• A 1x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Terms for other bonuses will be communicated separately.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically forfeited.
• The maximum winnings from a single bet placed with bonus funds are capped at 10x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless specifically approved.

6Prohibited Activities

Bat399 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Any activity related to match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using winnings for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack, introduce viruses, or inject malicious code into the bat399 system.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities (bugs/exploits) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to make risk-free profits by grouping bets to exploit odds differences (arbitrage betting).

7Account Suspension & Closure

Bat399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If any part of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• As directed by regulatory authorities.
• Upon the user's own request to close the account.

To close your account, contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

8Responsible Gaming

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your own account.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to take a break from the platform for a set period.
